What’s New?

The Client Profile now includes a persistent side-menu navigation that keeps everything related to a client in one place.

When you open a client’s profile, you’re no longer just viewing their Financial ID — you’re entering a structured workspace that includes:

  • Client Financial ID

  • Client Insights

  • Key account details (such as email and account creation date)

  • Household context (if applicable)

  • Their advisory team

This creates a more complete and organized client view.

Why This Matters

Advisors need more than just insights — they need context. The updated Client Profile allows you to:

  • See essential client information in one place

  • Move seamlessly between profile sections

  • Navigate within a household (when one exists)

  • Stay oriented without returning to the dashboard

Now, the Client Profile stays anchored on the left — so you remain oriented as you navigate. It’s a structural improvement that reduces friction and supports a more fluid workflow.

How the Client Profile Menu Works

For Standalone Clients

When viewing an individual client who is not part of a household, the side menu displays:

  • The client’s name

  • An option to add a family member

  • Their advisory team

This ensures the profile is complete and expandable if household relationships are introduced later.

When a Household Exists

If a client is part of a household, the menu expands to reflect that structure.

In addition to the client’s individual profile, you’ll see:

  • The household name

  • Other associated family members

  • Household-level pages (such as Family ID)

  • Their advisory team

This allows you to move seamlessly between individual and household views — all from within the same profile context.

Importantly, the Client Profile remains the anchor. The menu simply adapts based on the relationship structure.

Consistent Across Experiences

This navigation structure is implemented across:

  • Advisor Client Profiles

  • Advisor’s Sample Client experience

  • Client-facing Financial ID

This creates a predictable and cohesive experience for clients and for viewing client information.
